The Big Horn 70130 Bore Master Door Installation Jig is the ultimate tool for precision door installations. This clamp-on fixture adjusts from 2-3/8” to 2-3/4” backset positions, making it compatible with most cylindrical locksets, and accommodates doors from 1” to 2-3/8” thick. It features replaceable 1-1/2” long by 1/2” inside diameter bronze bushings at both edge bore and cross bore positions, which maintain perfect alignment for the boring bits.
