Say hello to fully printable pillow covers! These pillow cases are made of 100% polyester that will not shrink under the heat press. Polyester is one of the leading synthetic fibers for sublimation, since it soaks up the dyes and inks very eagerly, leaving you with a beautifully vivid and crisp image transfer. The possibilities are as endless as your imagination, as these pillows are capable or being printed not only in black and white, but full color as well. The recommended settings for sublimation are 205 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 60 seconds on medium pressure. Please test the settings before use. Everyone’s heat press is different so settings and results may vary. These covers can also be used for heat transfer vinyl on a lower heat setting and less press time. Made in China. • Our Sublimation Pillow Covers are made from 100% Polyester fabric. Polyester is a synthetic fiber, and therefore it is perfect for sublimation ink transfers. Sublimation ink is specially formulated only to bond with synthetic fibers (that way it will not permanently dye your skin if you accidently get some on you). Polyester naturally has some elasticity to it, which helps prevent it from shrinking under the heat press.
• Our Sublimation Cushion Covers are great for both Sublimation and HTV Heat Transfer Vinyl. The polyester fibers soak up dyes and inks very eagerly, leaving you with a beautifully vivid and crisp image transfer. Your imagination is your only limit as you can sublimate and print heat transfers both in black and white and full color.
• Our white sublimation covers are made from 215 GSM medium weight polyester fabric. This fabric weight is great for sublimation because the weave is close enough to be a durable finished product with a good weave, while still having enough of a porous weave for the inks to percolate and dye the actual fibers, leaving your print permanent and smooth, unlike other bonding methods that leave the print sitting as another layer on top of the substrate.
• Our covers are machine washable and feature a color-matched hidden zipper for easy insertion and removal of the pillow insert. The hidden zipper is perfect for keeping the classy aesthetic that has become associated with high-end and professional décor pillows. Great for gifts, home décor, corporate events, memorabilia, and can be personalized any way you want or sold blank for a classic clean look.
