The CONSTIX SF-12 sealed foam swab is made of polyurethane foam bonded to a polypropylene handle, without the use of adhesives or binders. Its open-cell polyurethane foam head effectively traps and removes particles. The absorbent foam allows for proper absorption of solvents like isopropanol and ethanol, for applications involving their administration or removal. The SF-12 swab is excellent for applying resins and adhesives. While compatible with many common solvents, it is not recommended for use with ketones such as acetone or MEK.
