Install it between handwheel and motor pulley giving more torque in addition to lowering speed from 1/2 to 1/3 of machine speed. Recommended to use on heavy duty leather or upholstery sewing machines for more torque and better stitch control. Speed Reducer gives more torque, in addition to gearing down speed range to 1/2 or 1/3 of what your machine is normally rated for. Requires your custom installation and belts.
