Product Description The Diafold serrated whetstone knife sharpener maintains serrated edges and serves as a mini-steel, gut hook sharpener, and conical file. Featuring a 4.43-inch rod with a 1/4 to 1/16 inch taper, this 9.5 by 5 inch extra-fine diamond (9 micron / 1200 mesh) professional knife sharpener polishes and refines edges after sharpening. Folding plastic handles protect it when not in use. The micronized monocrystalline diamond surface sharpens in a fraction of the time required by conventional stones.
