Dixon Bolted I-Line/Q-Line Clamp, 304 Stainless Steel - 6" (2 Bolt)

Dixon 13ILB High Pressure Clamps are constructed from 304 stainless steel and intended for use with 6" and 8" I-Line and Q-Line fittings. The bolted design of these clamps allow them to withstand higher pressures than like sized hinge clamps. Furnished with 304 stainless steel bolts/lock washers and bronze hex nuts. High pressure clamps are often a necessity where temperature fluctuations occur and PTFE gaskets are installed.Dixon offers a complete line of replacement components and accessories to compliment their clamps. While these clamps are designed for heavy duty applications, over time the wear and tear of repeated change outs will start to take a toll. So, whether it's a lost nut or cross threaded bolt, we have you covered!Safety Note: Service pressure ratings are based on the following parameters: matching elastomer gaskets and weld ferrules properly aligned and assembled with the clamps tightened to required torques. Tests are done hydrostatically with no water hammer or shock loads. Please note the pressure ratings of the described unions may be above the recommended pipe line operating pressures.
