The Eemax SPEX2412 FlowCo 2.4 Kilowatt 120 Volt Electric Point of Use Water Heater and Broan-NuTone 509 Through-the-Wall Ventilation Fan 200 CFM bundle is ideal for delivering hot water on demand while ventilating garages, kitchens, laundry rooms and more. The Eemax FlowCo water heater provides endless hot water for single faucets or metering faucets for handwashing and other fixed-flow applications. With 2.4 kilowatts and 120-volt requirements, FlowCo activates only on demand thanks to SafeStart technology and its compact size. The unit can be mounted in any orientation. Complementing the water heater, the Broan 200 CFM ventilation fan eliminates heat, humidity and unwanted smells inside garages up to 195 sq. ft. or for spot ventilation near work benches, garbage cans, cars and more. Its durable galvanized steel housing provides superior protection while the built-in exterior wall cap/vent reduces install time. For customized operation, pair this fan with Broan-NuTone’s wall controls like a humidity sensor, motion detector or timer (sold separately).
