Everest Trade Paints' Ultimate Slate Sealer is a robust, swift-drying, impregnating sealer designed for Indian sandstone, natural stone, limestone, granite, and slate surfaces. Its potent formula ensures a long-lasting (up to 5 years), water-repellent, stain and algae-resistant, and wear-resistant coating with a premium satin finish. This product enriches patio colors while safeguarding surfaces from stains, UV damage, mold, and algae growth, enhancing abrasion resistance, and protecting patio pointing from erosion and weed infestation. Easy application via roller or sprayer provides additional protection to patio slabs. Suitable for interior and exterior surfaces, but avoid use on resin-based grouts. Easily cleaned and stain-resistant. Approximate spreading rate: 5 sq.m per litre (first coat), 7 sq.m per litre (second coat). Touch dry in 2-4 hours; avoid driving on the surface for 24 hours post-application. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants before application. Store away from heat, flames, and frost. Thinners not required; warm soapy water for cleanup.
