This 22-micron organic Polwarth wool, with remarkable elasticity, hails from Australia, boasting a 3/4 merino and 1/4 Lincoln lineage. It combines the softness of merino and the subtle sheen of Lincoln. Sourced from two family farms in the Falkland Islands (UK), this wool is exceptionally fine. Organically raised sheep are spared mulesing and pesticide dips. Blended with silk, it creates a delightful spinning fiber. Hand-dyed with colorfast commercial dyes, each batch is unique. While I ensure minimal run-off, global water variations may cause slight bleeding. Please hand-wash your finished item in cool water and lay it flat to dry.
