The JerryC COTI series, now succeeded by the RENV-C / JerryC Pro, offers a choice of 384x288 or 640x512 resolution, 12um sensor with a 50Hz refresh rate. Easily attachable to existing NVDs, it adds thermal detection capabilities via an overlay, providing 20 or 30.5 degrees of thermal field of view. Key differences lie in resolution, field of view, and power supply between models (C2, CE2, C5, CE5). 'CE' models feature an external battery pack, enhancing battery life to over 8 hours. Calibration and settings retention are now possible. It's waterproof (IP67), operates in extreme temperatures (-40C to +60C), and enhances NVD functionality with thermal detection and increased situational awareness. Low power consumption, optimal sensor technology, and high-performance optics ensure state-of-the-art long-wave infrared technology. When added to an I system, it enables thermal source detection and improved situational awareness, even in adverse conditions.
