• Say Hello to "The Little B", the smaller sibling of the "Big Boy" featured on Bon Appetit's It's Alive, this great knife is your answer to it all! "Chop, cut, crush, whatever!" The Little B features a Walnut handle, 6" blade (Big Boy is 8"). This may not sound like a big difference, but believe me it is! The "Little B's" 6" blade is just smaller enough for those who don't need a large cleaver/chopper, but still want to be able to do the same things that Brad does
• Leather Sheath is crafted from 12oz Wickett and Craig English Vegetable Tanned Bridle Leather. Extra strong Brass Rivets and Strap with Brass Snap keeps the sheath firmly in place for storage. As is the nature of handmade goods created from natural materials, you may experience minor variations in shape color and appearance. These normal variations add character and uniqueness to your handmade leather product.
• The Santoku full-tang blade runs the length of the handle, tempered high carbon stainless steel that is Flat Ground for precision and then hand-sharpened and finished for a razor-sharp edge
• The shaped and contoured durable Walnut handle is ergonomically designed for safe and comfortable use no matter how you hold your knife, features sturdy brass rivet construction
• Hand-wash your cleaver with warm soapy water, dishwasher not recommended. Wood handles need mineral oil applied periodically to prevent drying out
