4701N100 AirWave® Disposable Particulate Respirator with SmartStrap®, Ventex® Valve and Full Flange, Size Small, 5 each per box NIOSH Certified under 42CFR84 to have a filter efficiency of 99.97% against non-oil based particulates, for environments where an OSHA substance specific standard applies (e.g. lead, cadmium, inorganic arsenic, MDA), as well as, pharmaceutical manufacturing, battery manufacturing, welding, cutting and metal pouring. Exclusive Ventex valve lets the hot air out faster so breathing resistance is reduced and workers stay cooler. The molded nose bridge seals without a metal nose band, and the facepiece is naturally contoured for less pressure. Moldex FlexFit® design moves easily with your face and stays in place. The exclusive easy breathing wave design has less breathing resistance for more comfort. It also has a full foam flange seal for additional comfort and less pressure. Our Dura-Mesh outer shell resists collapsing in heat and humidity, which makes the mask last longer. The soft cloth SmartStrap adjusts for a custom fit to most size heads, easily allowing the respirator to hang around the neck when not in use. Breaking the take off and toss habit means less waste, fewer respirators used, and lower costs. It is completely Metal Free for most applications where metal free is required.
