Select your child's name and Instagram username on the product page. 2. Choose your preferred bi-color option for the tote bag (Black or Light Gray). 3. Upload your child's photo. Please ensure the photo is clear, not cut off, and your child is not too far away. We recommend uploading the original photo, not a screenshot or cropped image. For multiple photos or different sizes, please add each to your cart separately. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please DM us with this number. We're here to help with any photo selection or design inquiries you may have. Once your design is complete, we'll send you an image for your approval. You can request up to two modifications. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production and shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
