This is a spring-loaded tilt latch made of injected molded plastic in matte black. Typically used on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning. 3-1/4 inch in length, 1-3/8 inch width, 2-1/16 inch hole centers with a 3/4 inch backset. Used by a variety of window manufactures. Each package contains 1 left-hand latch and 1 right-hand latch to repair 1 window each.
