• These pre-made sets are a great option to provide more levels of resistance or assistance for your training. Most people will need more than one band size for their training and these pre-made sets help add value and convenience to your training.
• The #1 Purple Band has a tension range from 5-35 lbs. The #2 Red Band has a tension range from 10-50 lbs. The #3 Blue Band has a tension range from 25-80 lbs. The #4 Green Band has a Tension Range from 50-120 lbs.
• MULTIPLE BANDS: Do you think you need a #4 band, but concerned it may be too much tension? You can purchase multiple smaller bands to equal the tension of heavier bands. Try the #2 & #3 instead of the #5 or try the #3 & #1 instead of the #4 band. Combining multiple sizes gives you more levels of tension because you can use them individually or you can use them at the same time.
