Swing Stand for Smart Dolls

After years of development, the Swingy Clickety-Click Stand is now available. While Smart Doll figures can stand independently, posing them for photos and stepping away can be challenging, especially on uneven surfaces or in windy conditions. I initially considered naming it the 'Turbo Stand' but settled on 'Swingy Clickety-Click Stand' or SCCS. Each Smart Doll comes with a telescopic stand, but for those seeking more flexibility in street or nature photography, this stand could be a helpful addition. However, please read on before making a decision. I enjoy nature and often travel with my wife during the pandemic, seeking out less crowded spots. The surfaces I photograph on are typically rugged. The default stand only extends straight down, but I wanted a joint that could also swing up and down to better support my Smart Doll figures on uneven terrain. I also didn't want to keep removing the stand after each use. The Swingy Clickety-Click Stand can swing left and right, up and down, and also retract to fold by the thigh when not in use. It comes with a built-in spring washer for added stability. If you need a tighter joint or want to fix it at a certain angle, you can use a plus screwdriver to tighten the screw. With two stands, you can chain the joints together for high-level posing or use them as chopsticks. However, do not use them to eat food after posing your Smart Doll in grass frequented by dogs. Ensure the joint is not fully inserted into the Support Socket on the Smart Doll, and avoid leaning the figure back too much. The feet should be slightly tilted forward, not like a ballerina. Dry off the stand if it gets wet to prevent rust. Choose your posing location and time wisely, avoiding dangerous places like the top of a speeding train or during a volcanic eruption. If you're buying a Smart Doll for the first time, you likely won't need this stand unless you can envision scenarios where you'd use it.
