Tommy wears a royal blue short sleeve shirt with a white collar, light blue pants that have zig zag cut hems, white & blue horizontal striped socks and a pair of blue pointed up toes sock like shoes. He also comes with a cardboard Lollipop; lollipop has fuschia, yellow & green swirls with a blue bow (cardboard) between he lollipop & stick (stick is also cardboard). The Lollipop & stick are one piece cardboard.
