VDO M10*1 0-10 Bar Generator Oil Pressure Sensor Vehicle Alarm Warning Sensor These pressure sender units suit VDO electrical oil, fuel or air pressure (boost) gauges. Some senders are earthed. Other senders are not earthed, i.e. earth is supplied by a separate connection. Pressure senders can be fitted with an additional warning contact in order to indicate when the pressure limit has been reached, as well as carrying out continuous measurement. Designed to work with VDO gaugesCommon ground connection is made through the unit threads T pieces and adaptors to suit various applications are available separately.
- Precisely adapted to VDO instruments: Designed specifically for VDO oil pressure/fuel/gas pressure gauges, supports 0-10 bar (145 psi) pressure monitoring, achieves stable signal transmission through 1/8-27 NPTF thread, and covers a working voltage of 6-24V DC, compatible with a variety of industrial and automotive scenarios.
- Flexible grounding mode: Supports dual grounding configuration: the general type is automatically grounded through the thread, and the independent type requires an external grounding wire to adapt to different electrical system requirements and avoid signal interference.
- Optional alarm contact function: Pressure limit alarm contacts can be installed (such as triggering as low as 0.8 bar), real-time monitoring and safety warnings are provided to prevent equipment from being damaged due to abnormal pressure.
- Industrial-grade durable design: The stainless steel shell is corrosion-resistant, and the internal piezoelectric element has high sensitivity. It is suitable for oil, fuel, air and other media, with a temperature range of -25℃ to 125℃, meeting harsh working conditions.
- Accessory expansion and compliance certification: T-type connectors and adapters are available (sold separately), compliant with CE and RoHS standards, and the packaging contains customized protective foam to ensure safe transportation
