This lot is in good though used condition from a smoke free pet free home. There is writing on only one page of the family album, and writing in the back of one book, both as shown in the photos. The puzzles book is unused. I can't promise that the books don't have any creased pages or some wear to the book exteriors since it's been loved, but overall they are in good condition. See photos for signs of wear, they count as the description. PRICE IS FIRM. Selling only as a set.
