Gougeon Brothers, Inc. developed 404 for maximum physical adhesive properties in hardware bonding, or anywhere that high-cyclic loads are anticipated. Blended with epoxy, it makes an excellent gap filler or structural fillets. Use this filler wherever you need an especially strong bond. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive.

- 105 EPOXY RESIN is a low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin that bonds with wood fiber, fiberglass, fabrics and metals when blended with 205 Fast Hardener at a 5:1 ratio. Cures to maximum strength in 1 to 4 days.
- INCLUDED CALIBRATED PUMPS dispense 105 Resin & 205 Fast Hardener at the correct 5-part resin to 1-part hardener 0.8 fl oz mix ratio per pump stroke. Durable polypropylene pumps provide years of dependable service.
- POT LIFE AT 72°F (22°C) is 9 to 12 minutes. Minimum recommended working temperature is 40°F (4°C). Does not contain VOCs and has relatively high flash point and no solvent odor.
