The Winco NGHP-2 commercial natural gas countertop hotplate adds powerful cooking performance in a compact, countertop package. The large 12” x 24” cast iron grates cover the (2) independently controlled 25,000 BTU burners controlled by infinitely adjustable knobs allowing for precision cooking. This hot plate is commercial-grade and is designed to withstand daily use in a commercial foodservice environment ideal for use with commercial grade stockpots, skillets and other cookware. The stainless-steel body features a cool-touch front plate rail that runs the full length. The legs adjust from 4” to 6 to ensure a comfortable grilling height with non-skid feet that keep the hot plate securely in place. A removable grease tray catches drippings for easy cleaning. Each burner features a standing pilot ignition system for each burner. Connects to natural gas or liquid propane via a standard 3/4” gas connection with a regulator.
