HOW TO USE:
Step 1. Start with a clean, dry brow.
Step 2. Simply brush the powder through your brows with the applicator. For an even softer look, brush through with a brow spoolie, like the one on our DUAL PRECISION BRUSH.
Step 3. To remove powder, use an oil based cleanser.
