Big Orange (Liquid) is an organic, non-petroleum-based cleaner, degreaser and deodorizer. It is biodegradable and contains no caustics, acids, petroleum distillates, chlorinated hydrocarbons or chlorinated aromatic solvents. The product offers comparable degreasing power to petroleum distillates and chlorinated solvents and is suited for use in areas where poor ventilation is a problem. It is ideal for use in drain pipes, grease traps, sewage treatment plants, rendering plants, refuse dumps, trash cans and dumpsters. The cleaner also removes many industrial-strength glues and protective coatings and emulsifies tar and asphalt. Big Orange may be diluted with water for light cleaning and is USDA-authorized as a drain opener or deodorant in inedible product areas. It leaves a fresh citrus fragrance and does not have an objectionable solvent or petroleum odor. It is also available in aerosol form.
